These Terms of Sale govern the products and services offered by SH Creative (ci-après « le Vendeur ») via le site Smart Lock Maroc et les canaux associés (notamment WhatsApp), à toute personne physique ou morale (ci-après « le Client »).
1. Objet
The seller sells smart locks (including WDLINK and EZVIZ) and may offer installation and advice in Morocco. Prices on the site may be indicative or shown as “price on request”.
2. Commandes et devis
Most requests start with a WhatsApp message or a tailored quote. An order is final only after written confirmation from the seller.
3. Prix et paiement
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set in the quote.
4. Livraison et installation
Stated timings are indicative. Home installation depends on your availability, site access, and door compatibility.
5. Droit de rétractation / annulation
Because work is quoted and often tailored (product plus fitting), cancellation terms are agreed before you confirm.
6. Garanties
Products have the applicable manufacturer warranty. Installation is covered as stated on the quote.
7. Responsabilité
The seller uses reasonable care to advise and install. It is not liable for indirect loss or failures of the manufacturer’s network outside its control.
8. Données personnelles
Le traitement des données est décrit dans la Privacy policy.
9. Droit applicable
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will look for an amicable solution before any court action in Morocco.
